Chobani Yogurts

Two weeks ago I received a package of yogurts from Chobani. I had contacted them to see if they would like for me to post a review of their product on my page and they offered to send me a case of their product so I can do just that. That being said, I have not been paid or been promised anything from Chobani for this review.  These are my honest opinions of the product.

These are the flavors that I received

First off let me tell you that every time I buy Chobani at the grocery store the checkout clerks always ask me what I think about them. Honestly, the fact that I buy them in quantities of 10 or 12 should tell the clerk that I love them....but, I am patient and tell them it is the best yogurt I have ever tasted. I used to buy another type of yogurt, but when I had heard of the benefits of Greek yogurt I felt I needed to make the switch. I tried several, but Chobani is my favorite.

I have tried all of the flavors that are pictured above. (Mango, Peach, Pineapple, Raspberry, Blueberry, Vanilla, Black Cherry, Pomegranate, Strawberry-Banana and Strawberry and plain)  I love each of them and use them in my Weight Watcher smoothies along with fresh or frozen fruit.  They add flavor, creaminess and the extra protein to the smoothies that I need after workouts or for lunches. I have also used the Vanilla and plain varieties in my Overnight Oats In A Jar recipe. I use them because I think they are my favorites, but I am thinking I may try the Strawberry-Banana in it the next time because I love to add bananas to my OOIAJ recipe.

I recently have tried the 3 new flavors of Chobani.  They are Blood-Orange, Passion Fruit and Apple Cinnamon. The Passion Fruit has seeds just like the Pomegranate flavor. I think the seeds serve a purpose for the flavoring or texture, but I would rather see these flavors without the seeds. But, that may just be my personal preference, you may like them.  The Blood Orange is my new favorite. I could eat this stuff by the gallons, tho I don't think it would do my diet much good. So, thanks goodness it comes in the 6oz containers...for portion control. Thank you Chobani for that. Blood Orange has a delicate orange flavor, not over powering...but light and refreshing. It's awesome!  When I tried the Apple Cinnamon I was delightfully surprised. I used the Apple Cinnamon yogurt in a smoothie made with yogurt, Weight Watcher Vanilla smoothie mix and Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla milk.  It tasted like an Apple Pie Ala Mode. Delicious!

So, the bottom line is I love Chobani yogurts. Their flavors, creaminess and textures can be used in many recipes or eaten and enjoyed by themselves. I hope you will give Chobani a try and enjoy them as much as I do. As the Chobani motto says, they are "Nothing But Good!"
